Shipping Policy

We normally dispatch products within 1 – 4 business days of receiving an order, unless otherwise noted on the Site. Any delivery periods displayed on the Site are estimates only, based on the information provided by the delivery company. Delivery costs are as set out on the Site when you place an order.

We deliver the products using a range of delivery methods. You may need to sign for some deliveries.  If neither you nor your authorised representative is at the delivery address to accept delivery, you agree that we may leave the products at your premises.

WE CURRENTLY DELIVER TO NEW ZEALAND AND AUSTRALIA ONLY. WE WILL EXTEND OUR SHIPPING OPTION IN THE FUTURE.

NEW ZEALAND

Orders are fulfilled through NZ Post with an estimated arrival time of 3-5 business days.

AUSTRALIA

Orders are fulfilled through NZ Post with an estimated arrival time of 3-10 business days.

D'Scribe Beauty is not responsible for any shipping delays once the parcel is with NZ Post.

Title to the products will remain with us until you have paid the Price in full for the products. Until title passes, you must not do anything which seeks to create an encumbrance, lien, charge or other interest in or over the products.

Risk in the products will pass to you as soon as they are delivered to the delivery address you provided in your order. 

Refunds and Returns

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on our products (including for changes of mind).

To be eligible for a return:

(1) you have provided the proof of purchase and you purchased the products within 30 days prior to the request for an exchange or refund;
(2) the products are in their original condition and must be unopened, or only gently used;
(3) the products are in their original undamaged packaging; and
(4) the products are not sale items, custom-made, special buy products or gift vouchers.

We reserve the right to reject any exchanges or refunds of products which have been extensively used or tampered with, or do not otherwise comply with the above requirements. If you receive the products in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will not cover the costs of delivery or re-delivery for a change of mind return. You must cover these yourself.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Once we have received and inspected a returned product, we will advise you whether or not we have accepted the return. If we consider (in our sole discretion) that the criteria have been met, we will refund you the price for the product via your original method of payment.

Experience the confidence of our D'SCRIBE promise: If you're not completely satisfied within 30 days of purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee. No reasons needed. To be eligible, products must be unopened or gently used. Please note that shipping costs and returns are at the customer's expense. Once we receive the product, your refund will be processed within 30 days. Kindly be aware that we reserve the right to refuse a refund. Your satisfaction is our commitment.

How do I use your cleansing oil balm?

Apply KLEEN Cleansing Balm to dry skin, massage, and rinse with warm water. No face cloth is required.

A small amount of KLEEN Cleansing Gel Balm goes a long way. Start with a dime-sized portion and adjust as needed.

Are D'Scribe products vegan?

All our products are vegan except Honne, our honey mask.

Are D'Scribe products hypoallergenic?

In crafting our products, we do not use synthetic fragrances, recognizing their potential to cause irritation, especially for the most sensitive skin. However, for those with specific allergy concerns, we invite you to refer to our product ingredient list for comprehensive details. Your skin's well-being is our priority.

Where are D'Scribe products made?

All our products are made right here in New Zealand.
